EnergyPoint Holdings, Ltd. ("EnergyPoint") is a Limassol-based corporation that was established in 2005. The ultimate beneficial owner ("UBO") and President of EnergyPoint is Roksolana Pyrtko. Her specific vision for the EnergyPoint of today, and the value added proposition she brings to the economy of Cyprus as whole, is the desire to create a new and sustainable market demand for green economy infrastructure, especially in the emerging markets of the European Union, and particularly as regards charging facilities for electric charging vehicles (ECVs).

Administratively Mr. Chris Christodoulou, in his capacity as the Director of EnergyPoint is the only person authorized to sign on behalf of the company. He has been with the company since its inception and has been directly involved in its business identity from Day 1.

Mrs. Roksolana Pyrtko in her capacity as UBO and President of EnergyPoint has appointed Panos Marcoullis as the CEO of EnergyPoint as of July 1st, 2023. Mr. Marcoullis reports directly to the UBO on a regular basis, enough so that the UBO influences day-to-day decision making. The CEO of EnergyPoint is tasked with putting into material effect the 7-Year business plan of the company.
There is also a small local team made up of full-time, part-time and outsourced staff who are specifically trained to handle the rigors of setting up the underlying private equity transaction pipelines that are the essence of the business plan of EnergyPoint.
In addition there is also a large cadre of associates (non-vested intermediaries), and consultants (directly vested intermediaries) who assist both the local team and the executive team. As of July 2023 the efforts of EnergyPoint shall begin to focus exclusively on Cyprus as they simultaneously wind down and divest the involvement of EnergyPoint in investment projectsin other countries.
